Warranty
All Aevum watches are covered by our 2 year manufacturers defect warranty which covers manufacturing defects during creation and assembly otherwise missed by quality control as well as mechanical faults in the movement from creation and assembly.
The Aevum 2 year manufacturers defect warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, drops, improper handling, normal wear and tear or lack of care.
- Water damage due to the crown being left open.
This warranty is not applicable if the watch has been damaged by negligence or servicing not done by an accredited and approved watchsmith or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please familiarize yourself with your country's duty and tax costs prior to ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted if the watch is in original new working order in its original packaging within 15 days of arrival. The original amount minus the shipping costs will be refunded upon return and inspection of the watch. All components must be present and all components must be free of blemishes, scratches, scuffs and any other damages. If the handmade leather strap has been made custom for you it will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging tracked and insured, contact bryan@aevumtime.ca for return address and information information prior to sending.
